Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked yellow summer squash
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mash squash in large mixing bowl.
- Add rest of ingredients, except cheese.
- Put in greased casserole.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
