Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt
- pepper
- 4 medium squash, sliced
Method
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet; drain off excess fat. In bowl, combine ground beef, green pepper, onion, tomato, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Place this in the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Add squash and 1/2 of cheese.
- Pour cream of mushroom soup over squash.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake until squash is done.
