Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked squash
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients.
- Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing.
- Put layer of crumbs and layer of mixture.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
