Ingredients
- 2 c. squash
- onion
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Cook squash with onion.
- Drain off water and mash squash. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper.
- Add cracker crumbs and sugar.
- Put in dish and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 375°.
- Place grated cheese on top during last five minutes.
