Ingredients
- 2 lb. butternut squash
- 2 baking apples, cored and in 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mace
Method
- Cut in half; clean and peel squash.
- Slice in 1/2-inch slices.
- Place in 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
- Top with apple slices. Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes in 350° oven until squash is tender.
