Ingredients
- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 4 slices fried bacon, crumbled
- buttered bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Slowly cook spinach in a very small amount of water.
- Do not drain liquid.
- Cool slightly.
- Fold in sour cream and onion soup mix.
- Pour into greased casserole, sprayed with Pam.
- Top with buttered bread crumbs and bacon.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
