Ingredients
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 small pkg. sour cream and chives
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked as directed and drained
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Serve with assorted vegetables or with chips.
- Makes 3 1/2 cups.
