Ingredients
- 1 c. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 c. finely chopped green onions (tops included)
- 2 c. real mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Thaw spinach and squeeze out all liquid.
- Combine remaining ingredients and store in refrigerator overnight.
- Serve with vegetables as dippers such as carrot sticks, celery sticks, zucchini, broccoli, etc. or large pretzel sticks.
