- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
- 3 c. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Method
- Combine spinach with remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- Form into 1-inch balls.
- Place on baking sheet and freeze.
- When frozen, remove from sheet and place in plastic freezer bags.
- Keep frozen until ready to use.
