Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 3 c. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. ground pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Method

  • Combine spinach with remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  • Form into 1-inch balls.
  • Place on baking sheet and freeze.
  • When frozen, remove from sheet and place in plastic freezer bags.
  • Keep frozen until ready to use.
