Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook spinach according to package.
- Drain and squeeze dry. Mix together all ingredients.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
