Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can artichoke quarters
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
- Cook and drain spinach.
- Saute onions in butter.
- Mix all ingredients (Parmesan cheese goes in last).
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
