Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 tsp. salt
- dash of garlic salt
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 2 c. cooked tomatoes
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes more uncovered.
