Ingredients
- 32 large shrimp thaw and pat dry
- 1 chopped onion small
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley fresh
Method
- In a skillet, saute onion over medium high heat until tender. Turn up heat to high and allow to heat for 1 minute. Add white wine to deglaze the pan.
- Return heat to medium and add garlic allowing it to cook in wine for a minute or two. Add olive oil and allow to heat for a minute before adding shrimp.
- Add shrimp and toss for a few minutes until shrimp are fully cooked. Add lemon juice, hot sauce and parsley and toss to combine.
- Serve with brown/cauli rice, quinoa and streamed veggies.
