Ingredients

  • 32 large shrimp thaw and pat dry
  • 1 chopped onion small
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley fresh

Method

  • In a skillet, saute onion over medium high heat until tender. Turn up heat to high and allow to heat for 1 minute. Add white wine to deglaze the pan.
  • Return heat to medium and add garlic allowing it to cook in wine for a minute or two. Add olive oil and allow to heat for a minute before adding shrimp.
  • Add shrimp and toss for a few minutes until shrimp are fully cooked. Add lemon juice, hot sauce and parsley and toss to combine.
  • Serve with brown/cauli rice, quinoa and streamed veggies.
