Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- Cool Whip
- chocolate syrup
- chopped pecans (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Heat margarine and water until it comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat. Gradually add flour and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Spread in greased 12 x 15 cookie sheet that has raised sides. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool.
