Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • Cool Whip
  • chocolate syrup
  • chopped pecans (optional)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Heat margarine and water until it comes to a boil.
  • Remove from heat. Gradually add flour and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Spread in greased 12 x 15 cookie sheet that has raised sides. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool.
