Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Louisiana hot sauce
- vegetable oil
Method
- Disjoint chicken wings.
- Remove tips (save for soup or chicken stock).
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add hot sauce.
- Simmer while preparing wings.
- Heat oil to 375°.
- Deep fry wings 10 minutes or until crisp.
- Remove wings with slotted spoon, allowing excess oil to drain.
- Immediately stir wings into butter mixture and simmer 1 minute.
