- 2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 c. Ocean Spray cranberries (whole berry cranberry sauce)
- 1 orange, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped apple
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Stir in cranberries, orange, apple, walnuts, cinnamon and cloves.
- Chill until set.
- Pour into a 4 cup ring mold.
- To serve, unmold onto a serving dish.
- Garnish as desired.
