Ingredients

  • 6 chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1 can Campbell's Italian tomato soup
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce to taste

Method

  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a 3-quart baking dish.
  • Bake chops for 20 minutes or until they begin to brown; spoon off fat.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.
  • Spoon mixture over chops and bake 15 minutes or until they are no longer pink.
  • Stir sauce before serving.
