Ingredients
- 6 chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 can Campbell's Italian tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce to taste
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a 3-quart baking dish.
- Bake chops for 20 minutes or until they begin to brown; spoon off fat.
- Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.
- Spoon mixture over chops and bake 15 minutes or until they are no longer pink.
- Stir sauce before serving.
