Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 (6 or 8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 6 oz. chopped dates
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
Method
- Soften cream cheese in bowl.
- Add drained pineapple and dates. Mix.
- Form into a ball and roll in nuts.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers.
- (Ritz are the best!)
