Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Cut tomatoes in half.
- Brush cut surfaces with diet Italian dressing.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil.
- Place cut side up on foil or greased grill over hot coals about 10 minutes or until hot through.
- Do not turn.
