Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper; chopped
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 6 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Fry bacon until crisp; remove and add onion and green pepper. Cook slowly until onion is soft and yellow.
- Add remaining ingredients and bacon.
- Bake in 13 x 9-inch casserole at 350° for about 30 minutes.
