Ingredients
- 3/4 c. rice, dry
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 5 c. water
- 2 onions
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- salt & pepper
- hamburger
Method
- Fry rice in fat until brown, then add water and boil until soft.
- Drain.
- Saute the onions in fat;
- mix with tomatoes and peppers and add to the rice.
- Add seasoning and place in a greased casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
