Ingredients
- 1 pkg. gelatin, soaked in 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. milk
- 2 to 3 eggs
Method
- Keep 1/2
- cup
- milk
- and
- some
- sugar
- to mix with egg. Scald remaining milk and add gelatin.
- Add egg mixture to milk and gelatin in
- a double boiler.
- Let come to boiling point or until egg custards.
- Do not actually boil.
