Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash (2-3/4 lb./1.2 kg), cut lengthwise in half, seeded
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 8 cups tightly packed mixed baby salad greens
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
Method
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spray cut sides of squash with cooking spray; place, cut sides down, on baking sheet.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until tender.
- Cool 10 min.
- Use fork to scrape squash flesh into spaghetti-like strands.
- Toss salad greens with peppers and squash; drizzle with dressing.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
