Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef ( i used lean ground beef 93% lean 7% fat)
  • 1 medium onion,chopped
  • 3 tsp garlic,minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram,thyme,oregano,crushed rosemary
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 can 8 oz. mushrooms,chopped
  • 2 can 14.5oz.stewed tomatoes
  • 2 can 15 oz.tomato sauce
  • 1 can 12oz.tomato paste

Method

  • in a large pan brown the beef,onion,and garlic.drain.
  • add remaining ingredients to the beef,and simmer on low heat for 30 min-1hr.stirring occasionally.
  • serve over pasta.
