- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 large cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 oz. cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
Method
- Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat.
- Pour all ingredients into crock-pot and simmer about 8 hours on low.
