Ingredients
- 1 minced onion
- 1/2 minced bell pepper
- 3-4 minced celery stalks
- Crushed garlic to taste
- 4 (6 ounce.) cans tomato paste
- 2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Wilt vegetables in oil till clear.
- Add in paste and tomatoes plus water - 2 cans per 1 can paste - 1 can per 1 can tomatoes - bring to boil.
- Makes meat balls.
