Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of red pepper
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet.
- Drain off fat if necessary.
- Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot over cooked spaghetti.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
