Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients except oil.
- Make meat balls 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
- Fry in oil until brown on all sides.
- When done, set aside.
