Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken parts
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 2 tsp. barbecue seasoning
Method
- Mix catsup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, minced onion and barbecue seasoning in a small skillet.
- Bring to a boil; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Brush on 2 1/2 pounds of chicken during the last 15 minutes of grilling.
