Ingredients
- 2 strips bacon, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- green beans
- salt and pepper for taste
Method
- Lightly fry bacon in saucepan.
- Add onion; fry until bacon is crisp.
- Blend in flour, salt and pepper; stir well.
- Yields 4 servings.
