Ingredients
- 1 lb. squash
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. crumbled crackers
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Wash squash and slice, then cook in salt water for 10 minutes. Drain and wash the squash.
- Mash the squash and place in a medium bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
