Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. shelled pecans
- 1 (9-inch) pastry shell
Method
- Combine sugar, syrup and melted margarine.
- Add beaten eggs and pecans to syrup mixture, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour filling into pie shell.
- Bake in a 375° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
