Ingredients
- 3 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer chicken
- 1 c. of flour, to coat
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder (granulated only, not powdered-sprinkle liberally)
- paprika, sprinkle
- crisco @ 2 c. (not crisco oil)
Method
- METHOD:
- Wash chicken well and dry off.
- Cut up.
- Sprinkle seasonings on pieces.
- Coat with flour.
