Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can celery soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. corn bread stuffing mix
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into well-greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and top with stuffing mix. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
