Ingredients
- 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Method
- Place 1 cup crumbs in ungreased 8-inch square pan. Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Spread over crumbs. Combine cream, nuts and pineapple. Spread over mixture, then sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
- Refrigerate for 12 hours. Cut into squares.
- Makes 8 servings.
