- 1 8 oz. pkg. Medium Noodles
- 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp. Salt - Garlic Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 c. Tomato Puree
- 1 c. Creamed Cottage Cheese
- 1 c. Sour Cream
- 1 c. Onion, chopped
- 1 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Method
- Cook the noodles in salted water until tender.
- Rinse the noodles and drain.
