Ingredients

  • Cake mixture:
  • 2 1/2 Cups flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup/225g butter/shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Crumble mixture:
  • 6 T./85g butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 T. flour

Method

  • Cake mixture: Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
  • Crumble mixture: Melt butter and then add rest of ingredients.
  • Assembly: Add 2 mixtures starting with cake mixture and ending with brown sugar mixture add to greased bundt

  • Bake in 175C/350F oven for about 1 hour. Let cool before turning out of pan
