- Cake mixture:
- 2 1/2 Cups flour
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup/225g butter/shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- Crumble mixture:
- 6 T./85g butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 3 T. flour
Method
- Cake mixture: Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
- Crumble mixture: Melt butter and then add rest of ingredients.
- Assembly: Add 2 mixtures starting with cake mixture and ending with brown sugar mixture add to greased bundt

- Bake in 175C/350F oven for about 1 hour. Let cool before turning out of pan
