Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Cream margarine.
- Add sugar gradually.
- Add eggs.
- Beat in one at a time.
- Add sour cream and vanilla.
- Sift together and add to the mixture flour, salt and baking powder.
- Mix in small bowl pecans, granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Grease and flour Bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of nut mixture in bottom of pan.
- Spoon 1/2 batter over nuts.
- Sprinkle rest of nuts over batter.
- Cover with remaining batter.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 5 or 10 minutes until done.
- This cake is delicious!
