Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Method

  • Preheat oven to
  • 350°.
  • Cream butter, margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Add to creamed mixture.
  • Fold in
  • sour
  • cream.
  • Pour
  • half mixture in greased and floured tube
  • pan.
  • Top with half mixture of nuts, cinnamon, brown sugar
  • and sugar.
  • Repeat these layers.
  • Swirl the batter with knife.
  • Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
  • Serves 16.
