Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz process cheese spread
- 1/4 c. picante sauce (mild or hot)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 c. chopped tomato
- 1/2 c. pitted ripe olive slices
- 1 c. chopped cooked chicken
Method
- Combine sour cream, cheese spread and picante sauce in saucepan; stir over low heat until cheese spread is melted.
- Stir in chicken.
- On serving platter, layer half of chips, cheese spread mixture, lettuce, tomato and olives; repeat layers.
- Top with additional sour cream, if desired.
