Ingredients
- 6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- desired seasonings
- approximately 1/8 c. water in bottom of baking pan
Method
- Season pork chops, layer in baking pan.
- Cover with soup and onions.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil.
- Continue baking 15 minutes.
