Ingredients
- 2 cans Spam
- several potatoes (about 8 to 10 medium size)
- white sauce (see sauce section; may need to use more than 1 batch)
Method
- Wash, peel and slice potatoes very thin.
- Slice Spam longways. Spray casserole with Pam or other cooking spray.
- Start with a layer of white sauce, potatoes, then Spam, white sauce, potatoes and Spam until all is used.
- Season to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375° for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done and Spam is crunchy.
- Cover for first 1/2 hour.
