Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch original dressing mix (the one that requires milk)
- 1 pkg. processed beef from the dairy section
Method
- Mix cream cheese and chopped olives together with electric mixer or food processor.
- Sprinkle dry dressing mix to taste, 1/2 package to entire package.
- Chop beef into tiny squares, saving a few slices for garnish.
- Mix the chopped beef with other ingredients.
- Form into a ball.
- Cut saved beef into 1-inch squares and cover the cheese ball like a patchwork quilt to keep moist.
