Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans apricot halves
- 2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
- 3 bananas, chopped
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, halved
- 2 regular size pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
Method
- Drain canned fruit, reserve juice.
- Add small portion of reserved juice to the mix; stir, then add remaining juice.
- Pour over combined fruit.
- Chill.
- Salad is more flavorful if prepared several hours before serving.
