Ingredients
- 2 pkg. clear Knox gelatine
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 4 boxes Dream Whip
- 1 large angel food cake
- 1 can coconut, nuts (if desired) or cherries
Method
- Mix gelatine with 1 cup cold water and 1 cup hot water.
- Add pineapple juice and all; let congeal.
- After congealed, beat Dream Whip stiff (3 boxes).
- Then add to jello mix.
- Take 1/2 mix, put in the bottom of pan.
- Then cut cake or break up in small pieces and add on top of mix.
- Then add the other 1/2 of mix; now beat other box of Dream Whip and add to top of mix.
- Add coconut, nuts (if desired), or cherries.
- Will keep in fridge for 3 weeks.
