Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. chocolate chip morsels
Method
- Beat egg whites until foamy.
- Begin adding sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff.
- Gently fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Drop by the teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet, making small mounds.
- Have the oven preheated to 350°. Place the cookies in the oven and immediately turn off the oven.
- Leave the cookies in the oven at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
