Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Shape meat patties and fry until browned.
- Pour off excessive grease and return meat to pan.
- Put 1 slice of onion and 1 slice of green pepper on each patty.
- Pour tomatoes over them and simmer for 35 minutes.
- Serves 5.
