Ingredients
- 1 flank steak (per person)
- salt
- garlic (powder or minced)
- parsley
- Romano cheese
Method
- Flank or thin round steak.
- Make each piece separately. Sprinkle to taste with salt, garlic (powder or minced), parsley and grated Romano cheese.
- Roll the steak and keep in place with string or toothpicks.
- Cook or fry until brown.
- Cover with spaghetti sauce.
