Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. mixed veggies
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. smokey links, diced
  • 1 small can mushroom stems and pieces (optional)

Method

  • Spray a large dish and layer the following. Place diced smokey links in the bottom of dish, then place cooked and drained veggies over meat. Follow this by cooked noodles.
  • Mix soup and milk together; pour over noodles. Top with mushroom pieces if desired. Add diced Velveeta cheese and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
