- 3 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Sweet Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, quartered
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
Method
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except rice; pour over chicken.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).
- Serve over rice.
